Satin

  • A very smooth sheet with a satin coating that provides excellent color and pop to your images.
  • UV semi-gloss coating is an available option with this paper

  • A classic uncoated vellum sheet that is very smooth and bright. It produces a slightly softer look with a rich surface feel.

  • The eco-friendly choice for your press products. This paper is 100% PCW recycled fiber. It has a slightly yellow cast with a toothy feel of a fine art watercolor paper.

Finishing

  • We offer UV semi-gloss coating on all coated paper.
  • Single fold cards are produced with cut scores instead of crease scores. Cut scores provide a cleaner score and fold flatter than other types of scores.
  • Folded cards also feature undersized back panels to eliminate folding alignment issues and add an ease of opening your cards. Satin w/ UV Coating
Comp cards and Headshots are typically only printed on Satin stock.  If you require a different paper type please contact customer service at 706-562-7858.

What is a comp card?
Comp cards, also known as Sed cards or zed cards, are used by models to showcase their versatility. Comp cards are 6"x9" and two-sided with a headshot and name on one side, and three to four images on the other along with their applicable stats. See the Overview tab for examples.

What is a headshot?
Headshots are used by models, actors, pageant contestants, and others in the entertainment industry. Headshots are 8"x10" and also referred to as "glossies". They normally feature a border or full bleed, the person's name and optional contact information (normally a website or agent's info), and portrait orientation. See the Overview tab for samples.

What is the minimum order for comp cards or headshots?
Unlike other print labs, Litho-Krome ProColor lets clients order comp cards and headshots individually, instead of in sets. So you can order 20 cards, 28 cards, 100 cards, or 118 cards. No more wasting paper, ink, and money printing extra cards. Minimum order for comp cards or headshots is 20.
